Cancellation policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 24 december 2026 will be refunded less 30 % to cover administration costs.
After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress. A name change can be made at no cost, please send an e-mail to the congress secretariat.
